• Request details — product URL, product name, options, destination country, your message, and your preferences (consolidation, freebies).
• Contact information — your email address, used to send your quote and updates about your request.
• Technical data — IP address, browser user agent, referrer, and UTM parameters, used for spam prevention and to understand where visitors come from.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to review your request, send you a quote and a confirmation email, complete the purchase and shipping you approve, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only when needed to fulfil your request: with the Korean store (shipping address in Korea, order details), with international shipping carriers (your name, address, and customs declaration), and with payment processors when you pay an approved quote.

4. Retention

Request records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data by emailing us; we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

5. Cookies

The public website does not use tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for the staff admin area.
