1. What Korean2U is
Korean2U is an independent buying request and forwarding service based in South Korea. We purchase items from Korean online stores on your behalf and forward them internationally. We are not a store, marketplace, or manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with Naver, Musinsa, Olive Young, Bunjang, or any Korean store.
2. How the service works
- You submit a purchase request with a Korean product URL.
- We review the item (price, options, availability, domestic shipping, restrictions) and send you a quote by email.
- No payment is required until you confirm the quote.
- After payment, we purchase the item in Korea, receive it, optionally consolidate packages, and ship internationally with tracking.
3. Quotes and fees
Quotes may include the product price, domestic shipping inside Korea, the Korean2U service fee, international shipping, payment processing fees, and optional consolidation costs. Quoted prices can change if the store's price, stock, or shipping conditions change before purchase; in that case we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Restricted items
We cannot purchase or ship counterfeit or replica goods, weapons or dangerous goods, prescription medicine, hazardous chemicals, items restricted by Korean law or your country's law, or products prohibited by international shipping carriers. We may decline any request at our discretion.
5. Customs, duties, and import rules
Customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with your country's import regulations are your responsibility. We cannot guarantee customs outcomes or declare false values.
6. Second-hand and limited items
Items from second-hand marketplaces (e.g. Bunjang, Joonggonara) and limited editions may sell out or change before purchase. Such requests are reviewed and fulfilled on a best-effort basis.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in purchasing, inspecting packaging, and shipping. We are not liable for manufacturer defects, store-side errors, carrier delays, customs seizures, or damage occurring after hand-off to the carrier beyond what the carrier's insurance covers. Our total liability for any request is limited to the service fee paid for that request.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The latest version is always available on this page.
