Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Before payment

Submitting a purchase request is free and creates no obligation. You can ignore or decline a quote at any time — nothing is charged until you confirm a quote and pay.

2. After payment, before we purchase

If you cancel after paying but before we have purchased the item in Korea, we refund the full amount minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

3. After we purchase the item

Once the item has been purchased in Korea, cancellation depends on the store's own return policy. If the store accepts a return, we refund the recoverable amount minus return shipping and processing costs. Items from second-hand marketplaces and limited/event items are generally non-returnable.

4. Item unavailable

If we cannot purchase the item (sold out, listing removed, restricted), we refund the full amount for that item, including its service fee.

5. After international shipment

After hand-off to the international carrier, refunds for loss or damage follow the carrier's tracking record and insurance coverage. Customs duties and import taxes are not refundable by Korean2U.

6. How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
